Incense Grains Myrrhe Siftings 500 grams
Order in a secured payment environment

Description
The same myrrh as the premium tears, just in smaller pieces. Siftings are what fall through during sorting, and they burn just as well as the showpieces, at a price that lets shops sell myrrh as an everyday product rather than a luxury one.
About the resin
Myrrh comes from Commiphora myrrha, the same species behind every traditional myrrh product on the market. The siftings are the fragments separated out when whole tears are graded by size. Same resin, same scent, same ritual properties, smaller pieces. 500g loose, mixed sizes generally under 10mm.
When and where is this used?
- Catholic, Orthodox and folk-Catholic devotion, where myrrh has been burned for two thousand years
- Healing ritual and energy work, the resin most associated with bodily and emotional repair
- Memorial, ancestor and funerary practice, the traditional incense of mourning and remembrance
- Protection and banishing, especially in pairings with frankincense
- Custom blending and home compounding, a workhorse base resin that mixes well with almost anything
Why 500g is the right size for most shops
Myrrh moves at a steady pace rather than a fast one. The 500g pack rotates well, holds its scent through the year, and gives you flexibility to repackage or sell loose by weight without committing to bulk.
Pairs well with
- Charcoal tablets, the standard pairing
- Olibanum tears, the traditional partner resin and an obvious cross sell
- Ceramic or brass burners, the practical companion at this price point
